- Membership benefits are available only on full payment of membership fees
- buy local Limited reserves the right to rescind the membership of any participant from the scheme for whatever reason, at its absolute discretion.
- Members shall only use the buy local logo in strict accordance with the schemes design specifications.
- buy local Limited accepts no responsibility for the member’s products services or actions.
- buy local Limited shall in no way be liable for any losses, either financial or of goodwill, which may result from the rescinding of the membership scheme.
- buy local Limited reserves the right to modify the agreement to reflect any change in law and for any other purpose it may deem relevant
